Made-to-order products
All of our products are made to order and printed especially for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When reaching out, include:
- your order number
- clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Important notes
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
